I gave them all my personal info including credit card to get a replacement birth certificate. Order was never processed. I have to start all over at the county clerk, by mail. I emailed them to delete all my personal info which of course I do not need hanging around in cyber space. There is no excuse for this company.

Horrible customer service Defaulted to most expensive shipping and ripped off customers unable to cancel order or fix default shipping method. Customer service gives no phone number only chat and they dont help at all..

After spending most of the day on the phone, and being told what I needed to send in. I had everything needed, then I told I have to fill out a verification form. Only after hours of being on the phone with them. Kyle, the last person I spoke with, wouldn't let me describe my issue. Then he tells me I'm being unreasonable. That kid needs a new job. Customer service isn't really his fortè. There needs to be a simple way, like it use to be. You don't break something that works perfectly fine. Getting sticky from their red tape made me cranky.

Worst customer service you could possibly imagine. Website often does not work to check your order status, and refers you to their phone line, which never ever gets answered. You could wait on hold for 8 hours and they still do not pick up. Going to try and file a class action lawsuit against this abomination of a company!!

Paid over $79 for a birth certificate that never arrived. When I called VitalChek to complain, they gave me two phone numbers to call to verify that the birth certificate was processed and both establishments confirmed they never received my order, VitalChek refused to give me a refund. Save yourself the headache and contact the right business you need for your documents (e.g. Health Department etc etc)

SCAM supported by Washington Stata Department of Health. Ordered from England, paid the extra "expedite" fee and fast shipping, for a total of £85; 5 days later they email me to ask for more info. Can't login with their details. Nobody answers after 30 minutes (£15 cost) long distance on hold. Won't reply by email. How is this a state sponsored service? Avoid at all costs.

Paid over 60 dollars for my birth certificate. They then emailed me and told me they needed information but would not tell me what information. They gave me an order number and pin but neither of them worked. I’ve been waiting on hold for around 30 mins and still no answer. I will be disputing this charge as they never provided the product. If they could be given below zero they would be.
