The report is easy to read, I need more time to truly study it but I like what I saw. I may try the vitamins, wondering if they use our report to create them as I was said to be deficient in a few. It is a great presentation.

Technically speaking; the web site needs lots of improvements. I should review my order before I purchase it. I should be able to track or edit my order. However, the customer service did an excellent job to overcome all these problems. I had to manage my order after I purchased it but all the preceded details occurred to me. At the end, I had a good experience with this company and I recommend it to anybody.

Please contact our customer support team for them to help you navigate your report to see that Vitagene provides the specific genetic SNP that is leading to what is reported as well as providing links to the specific scientific studies that explains why Vitagene is reporting what is being reported. You can also use your "Ask Jade" option which is currently included free with your product that allows you to access on of our nutritionists if you have any questions that were not answered when viewing at your reports. Vitagene provides a raw DNA file containing over 700,000 genetic SNP's that you will be able to upload to third party companies like Promethease or Genegenie for them to provide you with disease and mutation reports as Vitagene does not report on those subjects. These services only cost around $12 once you have a Vitagene DNA file and will provide similar information as 23andme's package that they sell for $199.

I really liked this! I think it is a great tool to find out what is actually going on inside you instead of relying on what everyone else says. I learned a lot about myself. The reason I only gave is four stars is I thought it was a bit sneaky to make me pay for the skin results but i did it because i wanted to know.

I ordered this March 19th with expedited shipping and still don't have product. I sent an email with no response and the phone number they list isn't theirs. Cannot seem to get anyone to respond. Very frustrating!
