Great customer service--they got back to me within the hour. I decided to try it out and bought the playbook report, and they included free vitamins for a month which was an added bonus for me. I didn't have to wait for my DNA results to get sent to a lab so the process was quick and easy. I got my results less than 10 days after that. All in all, very happy with my results. not only because of what my genetics revealed, but also the in-depth info the report had about nutrition and diet. I'm a pretty healthy person to begin with (no soda, fast food in years) but I thought the info was actually interesting and useful to my current lifestyle habits. I'd recommend this to friends who are interested in improving their health.
