I had a wonderful eye exam and was fitted efficiently with two pairs of eyeglasses afterwards. While I wasn’t thrilled with the price, I can say that about everything these days. I’ve always been treated very well and any questions or concerns have been addressed and resolved quickly with a minimum of fuss. I recommend them highly.

They refuse to honor the state law’s prescription expiration date. The law is, (in my state), 2 years for eyeglasses and 1 year for contacts, they do 1 year on glasses period! I stopped in several other places to check on this and see who’d honor the state law, they all honor the law, with the exception of Visionworks. If you’re not having any issue with your eyes, then they should be required to honor the state’s law! If your glasses break after one year you are out of luck, can’t get a new pair made here without getting another eye exam, greed?? I've had this conversation with previous employees at this same Visionworks, over the years, only to find out when they check with the doctor, that it is indeed 2 years, only then will they honor your prescription, of more than 1 year old, but less than 2 years! My husband says they are extremely rude and doesn't even know why we continued going there. We have finally purchased our glasses elsewhere and will not be going back. Done with them.

The Broadway location at the Parkplace mall has The worst unfriendly customer service almost all the staff are very rude and unhelpful. I had struggled to get to my appointments and I have rescheduled and had to miss due to work complications and some because illness. I had my last appointment to pick up my daughters trial contacts and because I had missed appointments before they would not see me this last time as I called them to let them know I was running late due to work Emergency hold up and it was the last chance my daughter could have to get those contacts For final approval, but the staff lately uncompassionate said nope we won’t see you. We are too booked. I even said we will wait as long as I need to. Please squeeze us in.. I will never ever use them and I highly Encourage you all to not go there. Nationwide has much more flexibility , and their service ane Excellent. I am so disappointed in Vision works. Then I looked up a number for customer service, and there was no choice for me to speak to an agent options. They had there was none for complaints or say concerns nothing and they never answered.

I had my first eye exam in Visionworks Hialeah location , FL and it was an extremely positive experience. The doctor was incredibly professional and attentive, explaining every detail with patience and clarity. The entire staff was also excellent, from the reception to the assistants, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an eye exam.

Love the service at the Glenville, New York store! The employees are professional, friendly and trustworthy. I needed new lenses in my frames. You see, I just got a new puppy and he has a habit of getting between my feet and tripping me! Down I went onto my gravel driveway at my Lake House, yep, I face-planted, scratching both lenses! I didn't want to get new frames, just new lenses. I had a really good coupon for 60% off! I was concerned about how long it would take to get new lenses, but the staff assured me it would be less than two weeks. They fixed my old glasses for me to wear while I waited. I dropped off my glasses on 5/29/24 and picked up the repaired glasses on 6/6/24!! Talk about service! I go to my eye doctor for an exam and new prescription and then purchase new frames and/or lenses at Visionworks. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I love the products and the staff!!!!

I recently visited Visionworks in American Fork to renew my contact lens prescription, and I was disappointed by the misinformation provided during my appointment. The staff insisted that a full health check of my eyes was legally required before they could renew my prescription. After doing my own research and confirming with other professionals, I discovered that there is no such law in Utah mandating a comprehensive eye health exam for a prescription renewal. I felt misled by their claim, which seemed like a tactic to require additional services. Transparency and accurate information are crucial in healthcare, and unfortunately, I did not receive that at Visionworks. I would be cautious about using their services if you're looking for straightforward eye care.

I went to the Visionworks in Easton, PA. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The girls in the front were super sweet, and helpful. They explained every part of the visit. From paperwork to every machine I was sitting at. The doctor was just as amazing. And the opticians were wonderful. They weren't pushy, they fit me for the correct size frame and explained why that was so important. Then all of my lens options were laid out in a way that pertains to how I use my glasses. They didn't bombard me with with every single option, and also educated me on every aspect of the frames and lenses. They knew my insurance plan and got me the best deal for my money. They also said to call ahead when coming to pick them up to make sure they were working that day so they could personally handle my dispense and complete my experience with Visionworks. It was absolutely the best service I've ever received when purchasing Eyewear. LOVE THEM!!

I attempted to pick the second pair of glasses I ordered for my self and my son. I drove an hour in driving rain to simply pick them up. I was 5 min after close but didn't realize they were closed as the door was open and associate were with other customers. I was rudely told "WE'RE CLOSED! I FORGOT TO LOCK THE DOOR!" I simply stated I only needed to pick up. I came back the today (next day) and asked if I could pick up to which the same associate "Miriam" stated "You we're late" in a very rude tone.
