Unit arrived well before trip departure. Package even included a backup battery even though I didn’t order/pay for it. Unit worked great in Japan - got a good 10+ hours a day

No issues with product. Reliable internet. Had good connection everywhere we went in London. Super convenient when you arrive at airport and need to call an Uber.

4.5 stars due to limited functions on the webpage. All communications are through emails. There is nowhere on their website to check/modify your order, or to track the delivery or return of the wifi router.

Only issue is in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Getting 3g instead of 4g. Otherwise, fantastic coverage.

Worked well in Spain, with good battery life. The connection was slow at times and kept turning off by itself with inactivity. Overall satisfactory performance.

Easy process. Device worked well in Europe. Even when we went a little over the 500MB, we still had a connection. Much more convenient than trying to figure out how to do this with your current cell company. A+ Would recommend!!!

The first day I used this portable WiFi it worked very well. The following day it somehow changed to a different language and I had to navigate to try and change it back. When I did the WiFi connection was very poor. There was a delay and it moved very slow. I was at the airport and had to rely on their WiFi. It was extremely frustrating. I had to cut my trip very short and I was only in Europe for 1 day, had I stayed the number of days I was suppose to I don’t think I could have navigated my trip at all as it wasn’t connecting properly or it was too slow. Aside from that 1 day it worked very well.
