I couldn’t reserve one online as it was less than four business days to my departure date but, when I called them, they were able to process my request without any issues. I used the pocket WiFi in several countries in Northern Europe. It was easy to use. Pick up and drop off was easy. I just wish there wasn’t any charge to pick up and drop off in the airport. I recommend VisionGlobalWiFi and will be getting my pocket WiFi from them on my next international trip.

Hi Girlfactor, Thank you for your positive review, we are glad that you enjoyed the service. It is always a good idea to give us a call if your departure date is less than 4 days away. We might still be able to accommodate.

Vision Global allowed me to stay connected to family & friends while abroad without the expense of an international phone plan. The wifi service was great! It was an easy connection & reliable.

Worked very well
Michael
Worked well with a couple of exceptions, downtown Manhattan amongst the tall buildings it really struggled for signal, and it stopped completely as soon as you cross the US border, We had to come up with an alternate solution for a weekend in Canada. Otherwise a solid product that I'd highly recommend for a trip to the USA.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your positive review! You rented our device for the US so Canada was not covered for the service.

Everything was great except the battery life of the device.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review! For Japan rentals, we recommend renting the external battery as well because the device is smaller and the battery is also smaller than normal. This is the reason you might felt that the battery life was short.

This device worked great. I was on a 10-day trip in Spain and France. I had no problems connecting.
