Visio charges me interest when the money wasn't even in my bank account. It took 5 days for the money to sit in my bank account after the closing. And Visio made me to pay for this 5 days interest

Very good company. They take care of you and they know what they’re doing. As long as you have your stuff together when they ask for documents, the process is so smooth. I would definitely use them again. They have an in-house underwriting, so I just had to meet a notary to sign paperwork instead of going to the title company. I would definitely use them again! As always, outstanding and professional service. Also I would like to say I don’t share the same feeling about the title company that was used. The title company took entirely to long to search the title.
