I enjoyed working with James. He is a charismatic and prompt agent. One thing he can do better is to break down the additional fees and documents list early in the process. We noticed that other lenders agents do that and we find it helpful. Other than that, he did a great job navigating us through the process until the very end. Because of the experience we had with him, we would do more business with Visio.

Response to questions and follow through very good. Good features on loans not available with other lenders.

I have had some excellent experiences and some that were a little slow, which is true of most companies. However, Tracy Gordon always returned my communication promptly and is a problem solver and a pleasure to work with!

Great at what they do. Small window of types of loans they do. Usually quick 3-4 wk closings

I have used Visio a number of times and they have always gotten the job done. this last transaction got a little squirrely but we were still able to complete and all is well.
