Visio LendingReviews of visiolending.com

I had a great experience working with this lender. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and much faster than I expected. Communication was clear throughout, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency and fairness of the fees, they were very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would strongly recommend this lender to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free financing experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had an excellent experience working with Visio Lending. From start to finish, the entire loan process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. A special thank you to Rand Cook and Angelia Rivers for their outstanding support. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to clarify any questions I had along the way. Their communication was clear, timelines were respected, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and efficient. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable lending partner, I highly recommend Visio Lending — and especially Rand and Angelia — for making the process seamless.

Visio and John is always great to work with. Keep up the amazing work

The whole team at Visio Lending provided top-notch service in every way imagined. I plan to use them every time moving forward.

I recently brokered a loan through Visio and have a 2nd deal going through this Friday with Visio. April has been amazing. Very responsive, always kept me in the loop, and she worked so hard to get this 2nd deal done on time. Also, my account executive there Sergio was on his game during the whole process. I can't speak highly enough about both of them, they were great. I would highly recommend both of them for any deals you or your clients have.

My rep is John Mele, he's responsive, efficient, and will advocate for my clients. I have done multiple deals with John and he's shown constant commitment to making sure my deal is handled properly and prompt.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. Heather Smith is the most incompetent underwriters I have ever worked with. Got the clear to close. Then they reneged on it. Now the seller will be going after me for liquidated damages. They haven’t had the courage to call me to even give me an explanation!!!! Run fast from this company they are absolutely the WORST! Incompetent is throughout this scam of a lender!!!!

Advertised for Bridge Loan for short term financing and when I called " said when don't have it and we don't offer".
