Very professional and very knowledgeable, Nick Marrone is a man of principle. He is very up front, honest, and will take the time to answer all of your questions. He also stays on on top of things to make sure a loan closes in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Dan Adams was an excellent advocate and went above and beyond. Visio Lending provides a product that fills a gap in other lending products and made it possible for us to obtain a beautiful property. There are some differences with Visio that would have been helpful to know in advance such as the difference in CA closing laws vs MI. ('wet' vs 'dry')
