Very patiently they explained why the uploading wasn’t working and offered me to keep me posted. Also they checked the photo and made sure everything was right according to the US Embassy.

Excellent service, quick response I needed to change background of my photos, team reprocessed photo and shared over email without charging extra.

Was having problems in uploading my son's photo on the Pakistan Visa website - all other family members was ok. Photo was taken at a studio, tried different photos just would not upload - kept coming back as Eyes could not be detected. Contacted Visafoto and sent them the photo - they sent one back within an hour. It did not work and so sent back to their customer service and again it came back within the hour - they had tested and when I uploaded it worked. Thanks to Visafoto team for being so responsive.
