It is very simple and fast, I'm using it for the second time. This time the photo failed the validation done by the consulate website. The customer support responded promptly and help to re-generate a couple of new photos. That said, it now seems to me an issue of the website rather than the photo itself because the old photo passed the online validation after a number of attempts. In summary, I'm very happy with the service.

Fast response from their customer service. Also quite flexible in formatting. I wanted to have 2 blue and 2 white backgrounds passport photos on R4 photo size. So that I only need to print once. They formatted it for me after I ordered it. This is marvelous. Thank you.
