VisafotoReviews of visafoto.com

Don't think too much It really works ! at first I was skeptical and the photo which I received after download was rejected by the government website. I wrote an email to the visafoto support team and they were very quick in response and sent me photos twice out of which one was accepted. Good services and excellent support.

I highly recommend visafoto.com . As soon as i had placed my order, the power went out before I could copy my order number. I emailed their support team, and within minutes they found my order and sent me my visa photos. Outstanding service from Paul at visafoto.com. :-)

Excellent customer service. Process is seamless and very easy. Got my picture within a minute with right specification. Highly recommend Vistafoto,

a great tool! Very Fast and Easy to use and also the customer support is very helpful, price is more than fair as well. Recommended.

First of all their resized photo got rejected which I uploaded for my Canada PR card. They guarantee 100% money back incase if the photo gets rejected, but in real what they did was tried to make me look like a liar. I gave them screenshot of my rejection but they replied me that the photo I uploaded seems like a different one and wanted me to upload a picture which they sent me. Now why on Earth should I pay them and upload a different photo to mess with my PR card and since I uploaded this photo which I got from London Drugs initially and got rejected first time and then got this photo resized from their website and uploaded for the second time and got rejected again, I don't want to upload this same photo again. What kind of customer service are they providing?? I have provided them screenshot of both the rejection and I am waiting for what more insulting service am I going to receive from them in their reply Email and also what they do with the refund. I will surely post an update.

Awful service. This is the worst company. There are many companies over the internet providing a much better service. The support service is the worst, They ask for money for resizing. Terrible support service

Very quick and efficient service at a very fair price. I had to have my photo manually amended for US Government website and it was modified within 1 hour of my request and passed all checks.

I had passport photos taken at a professional company, however the photos were dreadful and would not have been accepted by the Australian authorities. I went online and found Visafoto. I was a bit dubious, but the photos I received back were a much better quality than the original photo studio. I did have a small issue as some of my hair had been automatically cropped in the photo, but after writing an e mail back to Visafoto, this was quickly corrected.
