Verified photo was not suitable, they modified a second photo (no modifications other than sizing it seems) and just told me you can use it if you want, no guarantees. By the way I checked the quality of their modified photo on the UK passport application itself and it was rated poor. Waste of money.

BUYER BEWARE I should have read reviews before using this company. Their 100% money back guarantee is not true. I bought 4 photos and none of them passed the US government standards when I went to get our passports. I had to pay for new ones (at the government office) which cost an additional $15 each. I contacted visafoto who gave me a refund on 2 and not the others. I quoted their money back guarantee and they basically said it was my fault and would not return money on the other two. So basically, the money back guarantee is conditional. Buyer Beware….they are not as advertised. If you do not want any delays or don’t want to be out any money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will probably respond with some excuse but if you advertise 100% money back guarantee then you should stand by your promise!

Couldn’t have asked for more - I had to navigate the photo requirements of Gloucester County Council for a Bus Pass and Paul was brilliant to ensure that the application was successful - I would definitely recommend these guys and will use then again for any documents requiring a photo - Nick

Excellent service. Had an issue with the original photo, I emailed when it was rejected by passport office, I got a speedy response and a fix to my photo, (problem was totally on my end) Visafoto couldn't have been more helpful.

We were after two photographs for New Zealand e-visas. Visafoto was easy to use - they adjusted the pictures we provided to the correct size and ensured backround was acceptable. New Zealand immigration rejected one of the photographs, but we were able to contact Paul at Visafoto easily enough and a new (acceptable) photograph was provided very quickly and without charge. Cost was £7.00 for each, which we think was reasonable. Many thanks.
