My first visa photo did not work because of some artifact on the facial area. Aida at Visafoto provided some insight and make it work. the responses have been very prompt and I highly recommend Visafoto if you have any visa photo needs

Visafoto is a scam. The photos were rejected and can't get a refund. Their phone line is just a voice recording.

I had a great experience using vistafoto was having trouble with my passport photo and they was able to help adjusting my photo to the right size for my online application great customer service and very accurate and a great responsive team thank you I really appreciated the help with my photo!

This service is bad. I tried to download the photo but the site does not allow me. this site promises to deliver the photo in seconds and yet I have not received anything. I am very angry because he made me spend 5 € for a non-existent photo. Also the support is not responding. service not at all professional. Do not make the same mistake as me and rely on other sites.

A few days ago, because of extremely high traffic, we did have problems downloading files. All customers who were unable to download photos were refunded. At the moment the site is working normally.
