Had an issue with my credit card on file to renew my subscription (it's an every other year plan, so my cardholder blocks it every time) Was not able to resolve on my own, so contacted Pearl in customer service. Not only was she able to resolve the card issue, she offered my upgraded plan with more benefits and tools and for LESS THAN THE PRICE I would have paid with my existing plan. Love VirtualShield...Have had no attempted fraud on many family devices since we've been using the service for past 5+ years. Highly recommend.

KUDOS TO THOMAS O. and SONIA! After renewing my subscription for a 7th year with the fine company VirtualShield, I discovered that for 2 months I was not actually connected to the service at all. I contacted the “Chat” representative (Sonia) who diligently and pleasantly answered all my questions and fixed my account to correct the error. In closing our communication, I asked if I might be refunded the service month(s) I did not get, and she said she’d forward my request. She did immediately. Before the end of the day, Thomas O., another customer service representative was writing me an email not only making amends but upgrading me to a next level to make up for lost service — and on top of that, my price I’d been paying would remain the same … for life! I hope Thomas O. doesn’t get fired for this kindness! It was the nicest thing to have happened to me in a long time — and I’m going to tell all my friends about the RESPECT for their customers that these efforts represent — values that are rare in these days. Thank you VirtualShield for hiring the BEST PEOPLE to fulfill your vision in how to appreciate your customers.

Amanda’s knowledge and patience in helping me resolve an issue, that I inadvertently caused, was astounding! Been with Virtual Shield for years and have no intention of leaving. The customer service is remarkable, especially in this day and age. Wonderful company and customer service.

My Bank flagged and shut down my card, for a double tap for my yearly renewal. After talking with the bank, I went to VirtualShield support page and Amanda was a big help to make the reinstatement process smooth and easy. Amanda also talked me into upgrading my account with out pressuring me into it.
