Long-time user sends GRATITUDE!
I've been with Virtual Shield over five years, and what I must absolutely say is that its BEST FEATURE is not just its Tech Support (Tom from Level Two is THE BOMB!!!) but its TELEPHONIC Tech Support, which is EXTRAORDINARY!!! A confirmed Luddite/ technomoron, there is nothing on Earth more comforting than having an IT GENIUS on the phone, not merely addressing and correcting a problem, but putting a frazzled, frustrated enduser into complete CALM with his phenomenally-comforting, soothing, upbeat, amazingly kind and patient delivery. To watch this man work after he's taken control of my PC is cause for wonder and awe: never have I received such assistance from a tech provider, and certainly never from previous VPN providers! THANK YOU, Virtual Shield for having the MOST AMAZING Tech Angels and for offering TELEPHONIC support!!! Just. Plain. WOW!!!
