The trike itself is great, but I ran into problems while trying to assemble. The first major issue was that the rear tire chain was assembled around the body of the bike. I had to buy a bike chain tool to take it apart and put it back on correctly. The paper and video instructions in general aren't very clear. Bolts fell off the bike as I took it out of the box and had to figure out where they came from. I purchased the TG1 Pro 350W and the instructions seem like they're for 250W or more generic to make it usable for all the models.

It was easy to order, but still waiting for it to come. I got message that it was delivered but I never got it. Messaged about it and I was told that they are looking into it. That was a week ago and I still have not heard anything from the person

I just bought mt bike and love it!

We like the bike since this is the second one we purchased recently. The only problem I had with my latest purchase was the reflector was busted on the rack on the rear wheel. The bar that the reflector was mounted on, was bent back and had snapped off, so I just tied it up temporarily for now so really the only way to fix it is to weld it back on the existing rack or install a new rack the box had no obvious damage
