Their AI customer service is useless. It told me to send them a video of the problem, which I did. They offered me $50 to buy a part that they didn't have and couldn't tell me where to buy it or where to get it installed. As of now the trike is broken collecting dust in my garage.

We bought a disassembled trike for our son. The unit we received seemed to have been crushed during shipping, but instead of listening to my issues, they just gave me a bunch of worthless advice. They insisted I send photos of the problem, but it seems that they didn't bother to look at them. I figured out a solution on my own. I routinely do my own automotive work, but this stupid thing took me three weeks to assemble. Then, the assembled unit started showing more problems. Now, three months later, they have simply decided not to assist me and suggested I return it. I have attempted to reach out to management, but my calls are no longer returned. Essentially, they punished me for their failures.

The replacement throttle works intermittently. I have a broken rib because of that. I bought this trike 3 years ago, and have had nothing but trouble since then. When it arrived, the frame was bent, and the 9-pin connector to the front wheel motor was bent and unusable.It took a few weeks to get a new front wheel (the motor).No matter how I adjusted the sprocket on the axle, it kept coming off track. I adjusted it about 50 times when the chain came off. I replaced the controller. I adjusted the rear sprocket.I replaced the Throttle.I have broken ribs because...This is a POS!Get something else, don't buy this!!!

Great product. Have really enjoyed it.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. First the bike arrived with broken mirrors and a giant dent. They sent new mirrors and refunded $40 for the dent. Two battery charges in and all 4 NFC cards stop working. The bike is now a paperweight. Been back and forth with customer service who keep asking for more videos of us doing the same thing and the bike doing the same thing (not working).

Ordered one, received a completely different model with lower specs. When I complained they just offered a small discount. Dishonest business.

First of all, I was very happy to pay only $360 for my bike a year and a half ago. I was a bit leary at first, getting it through Temu (most of the time I'm happy with Temu) but spending that much made me nervous. Then I found out is an American based company and I felt better about taking a chance! Was I ever happy! Got the bike within 2 weeks and it's well made and works wonderful. I get asked questions about it probably every 2nd or 3rd time I ride it. I run all my errands with it, groceries, post office,appointments and riding up the lake to go swimming. I recently needed a part for the bike and the Viribus people were above and beyond helping me out! And fast too! I'm impressed with the customer service. They made me feel like I was top priority and that really felt good. Anyway i love my Viribus bike and I recommend the company to everyone who asks me about it!! Thank you so much!

I regret this purchase so much. The battery life is half of what they claimed and replacement parts are impossible to get.
