I got a good deal on a good quality (Grade A) Fitbit charge 3 special edition plus they gave me 10% off on my first purchase. The customer service was very prompt and accommodating when I realized I messed up the address, and although they couldn't change it for safety reasons, they cancelled my order promptly so I could reorder it. After I reordered it, they did send me an email saying that the product didn't reach the quality assurance standards and that they cancelled the order, which was a little concerning and the only reason they didn't get five stars. However, they did send me the Fitbit, and its in very good quality. I highly recommend VIP Outlet to anyone looking for reasonable price on electronics.

I purchased three HP stream refurbished laptops in the past. They all arrived in like new condition. I would have thought they were new. I did purchase a 55 inch TV which arrived damaged. Their customer service was easy to contact and a refund was promptly furnished. They seem like a no hassle company. Hi I am not happy with my order I ordered a 6 pack of led shop lights and received 4 the truck driver said the other 2 would be on the next truck so I excepted then and now I have not got them and I have already installed them and can't get money back or the other two lights so I paid for 6 and got four and I emwont vmecer buy from Vip again buyer beware
