I bought a television from them that was refurbished that went out after 2 years which had a 90 day warranty they say was stated but I wasn’t aware of so I asked the retailer company who made the television what they could do cause basically VIP OUTLET gave me the run around about my television being out of warranty. I even asked could they send someone out to look at the television I got nothing so basically I’m assed out of $300 thinking I could trust a seller like them and it turns out that I can’t.

I returned a defective item to VIP outlet within the 90 day warranty return period. After getting the item VIP told me it was beyond the 90 day warranty period and asked me to send a prepaid return label to ship the item back to me. After getting the label they informed that they would ship the item back. A week after that they told me that they could not locate the item and are unable to ship the item back to me. No refund because it was past 90 days. A complete breach of what they agreed to do in a series of email. The email thread clearly states that they will return the item but they didn't. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered a phone from VIP Outlet via their Ebay store on April 1st. It was supposed to be 4 day shipping. I contacted them a week later and it still hadn't shipped. Their support people, while very polite and nice to speak with, seem to be in India and don't seem to have any actual insight into what is going on with your order. They have told me several times that they will follow up, and that they've contacted the shipper to have it sent, and still nothing 9 days later. I would just cancel the order, but I used a Paypal credit that was only available on the 1st. Now that's money down the drain because I made the mistake of ordering from VIP Outlet.

I got a text from fedex saying that my package had arrived sometime this week at 10am, left at my doorstep. Usually when somebody is delivering an EXPENSIVE PACKAGE they ask for a signature, or atleast ring the doorbell and attempt to hide it if nobody comes to answer the door. When I woke up around 11 o clock my package was no where in sight. I'm sure someone must have stolen it. Why would somebody deliver something so expensive so early in the morning and not ask for a signature?

Bad, bad. Never sent my item. Will never order from them again. Awful costumer service.

I ordered a 4k movie set that was supposed to have 8 discs total, 4-4k and 4 Blu Ray, what I got was 4 4k discs in plastic sleeves, no case and no Blu Ray. Also can't get customer service to return my email, avoid this scam site.

If I could put no stars I would. I got my laptop in last night because I have a very inportant live feed sale tonight. My laptop wentout last weekend I order early enough to make sure the laptop will be here Friday so I could finish my set up process and get myself prepared today for my live show party today. Well i turn on laptop and get it set up yesterday i turned it off plugged i t up to put a full charge. Well unplugged it this imorning went to turn it on the battery is completely dead this laptop did no% regurn to store. And All i got in the box was one little card.The box is marked that the product has been tested for full working capacity. Well maybe the didn't charge because they sure didnt check that function.

I'm very happy with my purchase so far. It was delivered in 4 days and arrived in perfect condition, fully charged. The price was great and I'm happy with my new chromebook.
