Commande faite le 23/11/2024, toujours en transit, aucune réponse du sav… à 40€ le rouge à lèvres ( plus cher qu’un Chanel) je crains que cela se passe comme pour les avis précédents 😡

Customer experience lacking. There is no desire to help you when the product doesn’t perform as marketed and described. My blush broke down in my hand, it was too soft, and/or melted. I’m in Canada and they refused return or exchange because I’m not in the US. You should not sell your product to residents of a country if you cannot assist with returns.

Two failed attempts at ordering. The courier used just returns the item and doesn't attempt delivery. Violetta refunded the first and second time and said if delivery failed a third time no refund would be available. The addresses for delivery have everything else delivered to them, but the couriers used for this company just mark the (legitimate) address as "incorrect address" each time and do not attempt to deliver. I give up!

My order never arrived! After waiting for it more than 1 month I asked customer service to cancel my order and they refused!!!

Customer service unable to assist UK-based customers. I ordered a lipstick from this company and was not happy with it. The product was dry upon opening and not as described on the website. I emailed customer service asking to send the product back for a refund and the company said they only offer returns, refunds or exchanges for US-based customers. This company shouldn't be trading in the UK if they can't fulfil customer service duties. I won't buy again from this company.

Very, very slow dispatch & delivery. I mistakenly thought that the goods were being delivered from France (it being a French company!) but no, it was sent from America! Had I realised this (should have done more research) I wouldn’t have ordered it. Too long to wait for a couple if lipsticks. I do hope when I eventually get them that they’re worth it. The 4-6 day delivery stated on their website is nonsense. A disappointing introduction to violette.fr What a ridiculous response to my feedback! Clearly I understood that it was being delivered from USA and had acknowledged my mistake. You neglected to answer the 2’r-6 day delivery point though, so a useless response.

J'ai commandé sur le site violette.fr et les produits ont l'air prometteur mais je n'ai pas reçu mon colis. Le transporteur me dit que le colis et toujours chez l'expéditeur alors qu'il est censé avoir était envoyé le 2 août ( nous sommes le 18 août) Je devait le recevoir le 12 août mais toujours pas de colis. J'ai envoyé plusieurs message à violette.fr mais le service client est inexistant et fait silence radio. Je ne sais plus quoi faire! Je suis extrêmement dessus! J'ai finalement reçu ma commande avec pas mal de retard et je ne sais pas si c'est dû à mon commentaire mais le service client m'a enfin répondu. Je suis très contente de mon rouge à lèvres!

Es una marca francesa, pero envían desde Estados Unidos. Vivo en España y al ser enviado desde fuera de la UE no permiten la entrada del producto al país a pesar de que en la pagina web dicen que envían a todo el mundo.
