My experience with Violette_FR has been consistently very positive. The products are excellent and distinctive, and I love the brand’s beautiful, thoughtful aesthetic. There was some confusion with my recent order, but the team corrected the mistakes generously, which I really appreciated. I will happily continue ordering from them.

I ordered the product on the 1st of September to the UK. The order apparently was shipped on the 2nd of September and since then there were no updates on the tracking website. I contacted customer service after 2 weeks of no updates and they gave me the usual answer than it is on its way (quoting exactly same information as I saw from the tracking website) and that it will soon arrive and they will keep an eye on it. Safe to say they didn’t keep an eye on it and I contacted them another 2 weeks later that the order is still not here, and was GHOSTED… gave them a full week to investigate before I told them I would proceed writing this review and nothing. I ordered 3 products from their website, was really excited to try it but honestly what is this customer treatment. A premium customer brand is not just an expensive product, but it’s also how you treat your customers.

Quality products and quality service - I had orderded from Violetter_FR previously and knew I really iked their lip products, especially bisou jelly which is perfect combo of easy to apply on the go gloss, with just enough pigment. The delivery of my recent order was delayed- totally the fault of the shipping company- and the customer service at Violette was responsive and friendly. Order received and then a friendly follow up from customer service to ensure everything was OK. I can now add the lip plume and bisou balm to my list of favourite lip products- and the chocolat and, mon cherie are perfect colours for autumn. Thank you!
