I took my car here to get an ac recharge and after an hour later you couldn’t even tell a difference. The manager even kept feeling waiting for it to blow cold air. I said it’s not blowing cold air and I’m not happy with the service. He said I can suck all the Freon out and you don’t have to pay. I said I’m not going to wait another hour for that so he charged me full price for it. Then when he handed my card back he said sarcastically “have a nice day.” And this is the manager behaving this way at the Mount Juliet Providence location in front of Lowe’s.

Horrible experience I went to the Valvoline in Garner Nc on us 70. I was charged 65.00 for a conventional oil change and tire rotation. To begin with I was quoted 57.00 the tech showed me my final cost on the computer of 57 and said that’s with tire rotation. I agreed then when I went to pay he gave me the inflated price. For the amount that I was charged it would of been cheaper to get fully synthetic at the dealer. I won’t make the mistake to ever go back again. I was there may 23 at 145pm checked out at 230ish. Stay clear.

Careless. Terrible. The MOST RUDEST and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I have never had such a poor encounter at an establishment in my life like Valvoline. They damaged my car and took no responsibility for it! Did not even take the time to fix the problem or give a refund. The regional manager Ron Hamilton...also a bone head imbecile, very disrespectful with a Rotten attitude just like the raggedy employees at the Middletown De location. The employees And corporate are all in cahoots. Techs are sloppy and did a half ass job. They are LIARS and should be ashamed of their godawful business practices. The absolute Worst!!!

1 star is too many. Dope that put the oil in spilled it everywhere. I asked him to wipe it off. He acted like I offended him and said of course I am going to do that. And I'm not done yet. I will trash review this place everywhere I can. I'm not happy about this. Hey Valvoline owner bot. Let's see you make excuses for this employee of yours.

So my daughter took her truck to the rivergate location in Nashville.They chargged her 100 for the service.The next day the engine light was on then took it back and they brushed her off and said everything was ok.Put a device in to read code which was a malfunction cyclinder1.Took it to the dealer who stated that oil was low and the wrong filter was used.Paid for another oil change another filter and left. The next day truck was hesitating acting like it was going to cut off. Took it back to the dealer they suggested that it may need a new solenoid switch that was going to cost about 1900.Took it to Freeland where it was purchased and a tech ckd it out and stated that the previous dealer did not clear the codes out after the oil change. This cost me 156 plus 59 the total was 315 thanks to valvoline .I have filed a claim waiting to see if they will admit to there error which could have caused the engine to lock up. Never again. In the past I got quick service so went back. But this time the guy told me I needed a new battery NOW, that it would die any day. It’s a good thing I didn’t believe him because I drove seven more months and just had somebody else check it out and it still doing good! When will scammers learn??

The best oil change experience I've exer had!! So knowledgeable so respectful so courteous this is the only place I will ever go. Keep up the good work!! What a Awesome team . Madison crew rocks!!

Midland Tx Wadley & Loop 250. Slowest oil change ever. They pull you in the first stall where they check your battery, lights and check tire pressure. You wait until the vehicle in front of you has it oil change before pulling up to do you next. I literally sat in my truck for 1.5 hours. Never again.
