The frig arrived with a significantly bent upper door hinge. I had to remove the hinge from the unit, reshape it in a vise, and reinstall it onto the frig cabinet. I have read similar complaints about this same issue online. Vinotemp should take a good look at how the unit is packaged and improve the packaging to prevent this from happening.

Great versatile wine fridge. Would recommend to others!! Great price too.

Very happy with our wine refrigerator. It cools the white wines to a perfect temperature and the reds as well. Looks good wit the décor in the kitchen.

I've only had it for 3 weeks but so far all the wine is at the right temp.

The cabinet is good and the cooling system is fine but the customer service and the warranty policy is not helpful and not clear.

Shipping was very timely as scheduled, very well packed and protected. Plug in got up to temperature in a short time and has maintained the temperature with digital display. Appearance is very desirable, very quiet and gives off little heat. Very satisfied.
