Great cooler and looks great! They don’t tell one, but apparently one needs to keep the bottom part about 10 degree warmer than the top. Also be careful where bottles are place. The mid section needs clearance to circulate the cooler air. I had a problem with mine but they got it fixed and that suggests that they honor their warranties!

I just had my local repair company complete the repair of my VT 1500. The unit is about 21 months old (purchased in July, 2017). Cost was $995. My total repair bill was $430. VinoTemp even marked up the S&H when they shipped the replacement parts to the dealer. This is a company that has a warranty that looks good on paper but is horrible. It is pretty obvious they do not want to stand by their work. I wish there was another option.

I have ordered 3 Vinotemp wine coolers from Amazon and all three have arrived damaged and unusable.
