Hi Steven - Yes, we only have a location in Napa now, however do offer an in-house temperature-controlled van delivery, FedEx or will call pickup from Napa. We're glad this worked out and hope to work with you again soon!

Hi Ron - thank you very much for taking the time to leave this review. We do not see an order or shipment created from you since May of 2020. We also only work with FedEx. With this said, we cannot isolate and investigate this issue and fear this may be targeted towards a different company. Please write to [email protected] if we are incorrect here as we would like to ensure we investigate thoroughly and make right any bad experiences. Thank you

Hi Alex - Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. We looked into the points you made and see that a 'wine arrival notification' was sent to your email on file on 9/30/2021 at 6:19 am. This may have ended up in your SPAM folder. We would love to ensure that in the future, you do receive these as we fully understand the frustration surrounding lack of communication. Further, we sincerely apologize for the shipping address issue. I see that all along the way we had one address set for the shipment, so again, our apologies. We fully understand and agree with the need for expedient shipping and delivery. If you have more questions or would like to chat further, please write to [email protected] and ask for the director of client services. He will reply quickly and ensure you're fully satisfied with the outcome and future experiences with Vinfolio. Thank you again

Thank you SO MUCH for the kind words. We work very hard on sourcing to give the best prices, breadth and depth of fine wines in the US, so this means a lot to us!
