I ordered a coat in a larger size due to the notice that they run small however when I received the coat it was still too small for me. I reached out and explained my situation, quick response asking for some information, they are now sending me another coat, I even asked for the next bigger size being concerned the next one would also be too small. All took place in only a couple days. Looking forward to receiving my new coat. Would definitely buy from then again.

They want pictures and measurements before I can actually return the coat I ordered. It was an XXL and yet I still can't zip it. I usually wear an XL and able to wear clothes....Horrible company to deal with.

I recieved my coat Comfy super beautiful had a problem whit it they sended me an other one thank you !

They didn’t even send me my coat. I paid a lot of money for it. They replied to my email saying my coat had been successfully shipped to my address but it hasn’t even come!! Raging!!

I ordered a jacket and it fit perfect, looked great but it was missing the inner zipper. I emailed and was helped immediately. They are sending a new jacket free of charge. It’s my first time ordering online and I’m very pleased with the customer service for helping resolve the issue so quickly without hassle. I’ll definitely be ordering something from here again :) satisfied customer

I purchased a coat for a Christmas present but unfortunately the coat was a size too small I ordered an XL but needed to exchange it for an XXL. I emailed the company and they were happy to help me and they are resending me the correct size without any additional fees. As a first time customer I would definitely order again knowing that I have reinsurance that if something came that I wasn’t happy with they would be happy to help correct it.

The jacket I ordered was perfect. The sizes do run very small, but the quality is outstanding and well worth waiting for. I would order from them again.

The jacket is beautiful! Love it ! And even I was a bit suspicious to order from a site I didn’t know , I was very happy with the support I have ! Very quick and always helpful ! Thanks a lot !
