Website said free shipping, but we were charged shipping. Customer service did reach out saying they’d refund the shipping, but instead they canceled to whole order and we didn’t get the product.

Very happy with the Wybot pool vacuum we ordered. Reasonable shipping time, arrived in perfect condition and works wonderfully for a quick cleaning. Now don't expect this little bot to clean a filthy pool, not gonna happen. For a quick daily maintenance vac, amazing.

It was definitely overall a good experience. There were some non-responsive emails at first, that with one phone call got straightened out. If this happens to you, don’t be alarmed like I was, they were actually working hard for me to work out a better shipping rate. I found this out after I made a call to the company and they set my mind at ease. Not only did they work hard to find me a better shipping rate than what I was quoted and paid, but they actually shipped out quicker than I was expecting and offered a refund for the shipping cost difference. Absolutely something you don’t see these days and I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. I know for sure I will be back for future purchases.
