Low quality overpriced product that…
Low quality overpriced product that didn’t work for us. Initiated return and was informed that there was a 25% restocking fee and I would be responsible for initial and return shipping - which was also unreasonably expensive.

Hello Yan, Yes we had a conversation over email regarding this - this particular vendor "WeenieWarmers" on our website does not offer returns since 2012 - they only offers "Exchange or Store credit" - if possible could you please connect with us and confirm so we can close this request. We were ongoing on this conversation over email - I don't know why you posted negative review here. Not an issue - If possible please select and confirm.

The sample took a very long time to arrive and when it did it was very small and broken!

Hi Michelle, Could you please send us images of the broken sample? We need to share them with our vendor for verification. According to our website, the sample size is 4"x4", but since it's broken, we should inform the vendor accordingly.
