I miss read the information about the…
I miss read the information about the lamp shades. I thought they were already assembled. Once I assemble and place on my lamps they were perfect

I ordered a stunning marble sink from Villohome
I ordered a marble sink from Villohome, and while production and shipping took some time (about six months), it was absolutely worth the wait. The sink is stunning, truly beautiful craftsmanship, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. I also had the opportunity to see their customer service in action. Due to a mix-up, we initially received the wrong sink, and I think another customer received ours. Villohome reached out promptly, explained the situation clearly, and took full responsibility. They arranged pickup of the sink we received, and within a week, we had the correct one delivered to us. Throughout the entire process, they maintained clear and consistent communication and handled everything flawlessly. Mix-ups can happen with custom orders, but how a company responds makes all the difference and Villohome did a great job. I would absolutely recommend them.

No response to my submitted questions.
I sent in a few questions regarding Santos Mahogany wood flooring. I never received a reply back. Considering the cost of Mahogany flooring and my interest to purchase I would have expected answers back from my submitted questions. As a result, I made my purchase with another vendor. I did purchase a sample of the wood flooring, and it did arrive fast. It was what I was looking for and would have purchased from you.
