Regarding your issue, we’d like to clarify that we’ve always had the option to cancel your plan directly through the account settings page in VideoGen. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to see that, and we apologize for any confusion caused. We also want to resolve any billing issues. Since your experience, we’ve made several improvements, particularly to voice quality, with enhanced clarity and more natural-sounding speech. We also take customer support very seriously and have increased our response times to ensure that every issue is addressed promptly. We understand how frustrating your experience must have been, and while we do have a refund policy that is usually very lenient, especially for yearly subscriptions, we’d like to revisit your case.
