The product is not poor but it is overpriced and both the refund policy and the customer service leaves much to be desired in that regard. Perhaps if there were a more accommodating/flexible refund policy I would return to this service if I needed it in the future. As of now - I would not, nor would I recommend it to others. I would actively seek out a different provider for this service should I need it in the future.

It was okay until i learned who is behind the company. Suddenly videos in Pais Toi, Khmer, Arabic cannot be downloaded anymore. Play store has removed the option to leave a review. Love, Ehyeh Asher(a) Ehyeh.
