The software runs great. But as with any software, customer service is most important. They have a great customer service department. I would highly recommend this company and the software.

I bought the BD-DVD Ripper, probably about 2 to 3 years ago so that I could create a digital library for myself. The program has worked very well until the other day. That's when the program said that I hadn't registered it (I did when I bought it) and went back to nonregistered settings and locks. I contacted them in the morning and by the next day, I had a response solving my problem. I think they must not be based in the US because the response was about 12 hours behind. Nevertheless, I was provided with the solution without any hassle for more verification. I am very pleased with how it was handled and how quickly I got a response.

Videobyte is a great piece of software for ripping blu-rays. The only reason I haven't given it 5 out of 5 stars is because I've had to contact support twice to get my license reset rather than it just resetting automatically when I change PC. But their help people are quick and had reset it within 1 working day.
