Customer for a few years now having bought BD-DVD Ripper some time ago. I've not had any issues backing up my collection of disks - and in one case salvaging one DVD that had early signs of DVD rot. The customer support is first rate (from my experience) and, on the few occasions I've needed assistance, been very quick to reply - offering a resolution to my issues (key reset after a couple of Windows reinstallation).

I had installed VideoByte on my homebuilt computer about 6 months ago. My Motherboard was about 6 or 7 years old and the Bluetooth card failed. I decided to replace the MB. After a clean Windows install, I began re-installing apps. When I installed VideoByte I couldn't get the app to accept my registration code. I contacted VideoByte and reported the issue. They promptly handled it, and now my app is registered and running well.

I had a problem loading VideoByte on my new computer. One email to VideByte and the problem was solved, quickly and with no hassle. Great Customer Support.

This was the third Bluray ripper I tried and I'm very happy with the result. Incredibly easy to use. I did have a problem with activating it, but the customer service rep explained the problem (I had to replace my hard drive because it was going bad) and reset the activation code so it would install on the new drive. I have two other rippers and this, by far, surpassed the ease of use. This will be my go to application.

Super software that is easy to use and with excellent support from Vendor. I am digitising my Blu-Ray and DVD collection with ease.

I needed to change my BluRay Ripper license from a portable device to may desktop and the help from support was excellent, as is the product.
