パソコンを買い替え、改めて購入させていただきました。 以前もこちらのサポートが素晴らしかったのでリピートです。 今回もどうしても自分では解決出来ないことがあり質問しましたら、とても迅速に分かりやすく回答いただきました。 サポートが素晴らしいです。

■翌日までにmp4をDVDにしなくてはならず、何とかDVDに焼けたものの、実際にはノイズが激しく音なしの状態で再生しました。これに対し、色々ご助言いただき結局、機器の互換性によるものとわかり、そのための対策、画質を下げるようにとご教示頂きました。 ■購入にあたり、うっかりミスで違う商品を買ってしまいましたが、迅速にご対応頂き変更して頂くことができました。大変助かりました。 ■HPでも48時間以内にお返事を頂けるとのことでしたが、それよりもかなり早くご返信頂き、この点でもストレスなく作業を進めることができ、大変感謝しております。

Easy to use. Was able to store my whole DVD library. Moreover, when I changed computers, customer service was prompt in resetting my registration.

Mac買い替えのため、認証解除試みましたが、サポート側でのリセットが必要とわかり、早速メールしましたが 翌日、すぐ返信頂き、新しいMacで認証できました。 古いMacをすぐ売却でき助かりました。

こちらのミスで 登録コードを削除してしまい 再発行の依頼をしたところ 迅速に対応して頂きました 製品も使いやすく問題ありません 長く愛用して行きたいと思います

It was great, I had a pile of videos that I wanted to watch by computer without having to have a dvd /cd disk attached. It was fast and accurate. I thought that I wanted to change where I was using it and asked for help getting it registered. Support responded quickly and was polite and helpful. Thanks for a great product! Lynda Cromar

Excellent service with super fast responses. Support replied quickly and even followed up by email to make sure everything was resolved. I’m on a lifetime plan and after reinstalling on a new PC my license stopped working, but they fixed it right away. Fantastic software—highly recommended!
