I am a repeat customer (through no fault of VIDA) and my experiences in a short summary have been outstanding! My favorite thing about this current experience is that when working with Francesca (matchmaker), she had regular, weekly syncs with me on the phone where we'd review the previous weeks matches, refine my criteria, discuss any current actions, and really engage in meaningful dialogue to better understand not just what I wanted, but also where I was and where I thought I was going. I sometimes thought "maybe it's just her job to hype me up" or to "make me feel ok with any decision I made about this journey", but every week, we'd talk, cover the items we said we were going to and even engage in a more 'regular' kind of social conversation exchange. That made the process more dignified for me. I use VIDA to find long-term - so quality and commitment are more than just 'buzzwords' to me. I truly felt that Francesca listened to me and about who I thought I was and who I thought I wanted. It was that built trust that made this engagement that much more enjoyable. My matchmaker Johanna at Vida Select went above and beyond to vet my matches.
