It took 2 weeks to reach me in the US,but it was worth the wait. My Q50 mirror caps fit Great( like OEM). The carbon pattern was all even and very glossy. Hope they last a long time. I would recomend Vicrez to anyone.

I recently installed this widebody kit on my 2019 R/T, along with the Redeye Wheels and Vicrez Tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The overall quality and fitment of the parts were outstanding. Everything lined up beautifully, giving the car a clean, factory-style appearance that turns heads everywhere I go. The only small change I made was swapping out the supplied double-sided tape for 3M Body Glue, which provided an even stronger and longer-lasting hold. What truly made this experience exceptional was Vicrez’s customer service, especially Katherine. From the moment I reached out with installation questions, she was quick to respond, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She guided me through the process step-by-step and even followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way Vicrez does — and Katherine really went above and beyond. For the installation itself, I didn’t need to make any major modifications. Many people cut fenders or use screws, but I was able to install the rear pieces with zero alterations, and the front only required switching from tape to glue. After the first 250 miles, the front rubbed a small section of the mounting bracket, which I easily trimmed and smoothed out. Since then, I’ve driven over 3,000 miles without a single issue. After completing the install, I had the car aligned due to the new wheels and tires, and even the shop technicians were impressed — several of them said they would’ve never guessed it wasn’t an OEM factory kit. In short, Vicrez delivers top-tier products backed by world-class customer service. Huge thanks to Katherine and the entire team for making this such a great experience. Highly recommend!

Ordered bumper repair epoxy and it was dried up when i got it. order at own risk. (Vicrez stepped up refunded money and gave me store credit, thank you).

Wouldn’t buy from them again if the items were a penny. Worst customer service and returns process possible. Ordered 4 parts 2 fit 2 didn’t they won’t do a refund on the 2 that don’t fit because I tried to install. How else will I know they fit???? Come on now. I shouldn’t be forced to keep defective parts.

Placed order for new steering wheel 12/27/2024. Still haven't received it and it is now 3/3/2025. The last to previous inquiries I made, I was told it was in final stages of testing and would be 3 days to a week. I called today to request a refund and it was in "final stages of assembly" and could not be refunded. Who knows if I am out $900 or not. Very frustrating. Looking at other reviews now I would say, do not order from them.

Got a steering wheel from Vicrez and they did not send the needed obd II module to have the steering wheel work correctly. I got in contact with their customer support(Nichole) and the agent was very dismissive, lacking in product knowledge, and stopped responding to emails. I tried to explain to her my situation and she said they stopped producing the product in December(for 2011-2014 Charger Models) so they couldn’t give me an obd module to replace the missing one. But here is the kicker, the steering wheel got here in January of 2025 and it still shows for sale on their website. I then decided to do some research and the led portion and obd module in the steering wheels are made by OHC Motors. Using that information, I found out the modules are universal between vehicles. So I found a 2015+ model steering wheel on the Vicrez website that use the same exact module, and I was trying to let the customer service representative(Nichole) know that they could just send me one of those modules since they didn’t send one with my steering wheel and it will be able to work properly. That’s when she became very dismissive and was try to tell me it wouldn’t work and that it’s built in the steering wheel(it’s not,it’s an obd module and it will work). She was very lacking in product knowledge and unwilling to help with my issue. THEY LEFT OUT THE MODULE NEEDED TO HAVE THE STEERING WHEEL WORK AND WONT SEND ME A MODULE. Unprofessional and unwilling to help

The product arrived late like others posted before me. I am still waiting on the second half the shipment 45 days later. The first half of the shipment arrived with the outer box intact, but the contents broken. Contacted the rep and after 5 days I was told it was outside of their 30 day warranty. I believe a warranty begins from receipt of the article not from the time of ordering. As others have stated STAY AWAY!
