Products shipped damaged, they have lots of returns from buyers aware of their tactics, I was not and got screwed. Good arrived damaged, beware of this company. Vicrez = L They're offered absolutely no help. It was not damaged in shipping and I provided proof of that to them. They sent a damaged hood and are attempting to blame the shipping company. Seriously, do not ever buy from this company.

Wanted to come back and update that Vicrez, although writing back and saying they were going to "fnd a proper resolution" they never reached back out to me. After spending roughly $1,800 I was left unable to utilize any of the parts. Wasted money

wrong parts and wrong hardware to install. My experience with these guys has been bad. First off they sent me the wrong sub flaps. I ordered Dry carbon and I got glossy black. First warning sign. When I finally got the right ones, I went to install and yet another surprise. First off these flaps are the correct shape but don't come pre-drilled. Considering the cost, they should be pre-drilled. Well anyways I savvy enough so I still tried to install. Mocked up the front and those will be an easy install. But there rear mud flaps won't work. There is a gap from the wheel well liner to the edge of the body. it's about an inch. None of the included hardware can help support the mud flaps across that gap. The kit just comes with basic plastic push fittings. So I just paid a premium for getting the wrong part, no install instructions, no pre-drilling so not vehicle specific, and no hardware that could actually be used to install it.

This company has terrible customer service and product support. I purchased an all-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit for my car for over $4,000. What I received was the rear-wheel drive Air Suspension Kit. Since May, for months, they have been saying that "Production is working on it" and "Management is aware of your problem" but I still have no movement on this. When you call, you get a hired call center who cannot even contact Vicrez directly. I have called them multiple times, and emailed many times, always with the same response. "They are working on it" and "Management is aware", but still no progress. And of course, their reply below is the same canned response "They are working on it" and "Management is aware",

Zero star. Paid for item and never sent. Would not recommend. Seems like a scam shop elsewhere

1 month to receive product. Product is not quality vinyl for wrapping vehicles. Artwork on a simple camo is not vector but pixellated image. The camo image is mirrored right down the center?????? Help and communication was poor. I could go on and on.

I never received my item ordered 5 months ago because I was told it would be sent late February. Calling your customer support number sends me through a non contact loop. Terrible terrible company.

The mud flaps for my 2026 Dodge Durango were narrow and don’t stick out even with the tire to protect the paint. Not vehicle specific. No holes or even marks to drill. The directions in the box were not even for mud flaps, they were for a Rear Diffuser. Website didn’t give much either. Although I could have installed them without much direction it was still a little frustrating. I have wasted a lot of money in my lifetime but this might be the worst $ 150.00 I ever spent. I’m not one to complain and have never left a negative review like this.
