Vicrez Hellcat Splitter 2022 Dodge Durango RT
I ordered a front hellcat splitter for a 2022 durango rt. Vicrez said it would fit perfectly. I watched the videos on youtube and it appears the splitter used on youtube was made a bit different than the one I had. I couldn't send it back because I painted it. I tried to modify it to fit and no go. Be careful what you are buying. They say it works when it really doesn't. What a waste of time and money! 200065

Ordered on June 6 and received on June 17, so delivery took 11 days despite paying for shipping. The box arrived visibly damaged with a large tear and crushed sections. Fortunately the mud flaps appear to have survived, but for an $84+ automotive product I expected faster shipping and better packaging. The product itself looks fine, but the overall purchasing and delivery experience was disappointing. Vicrez should improve both shipping speed and packaging quality.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the delivery experience fell short of expectations. Although carrier transit times and handling are outside of our direct control, we take packaging and customer satisfaction seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. We're glad to hear the mud flaps arrived intact and that you're satisfied with the product itself. Vicrez Team

These are not custom
These are not custom. I ordered the front and rear mudflaps for my 2024 Nissan Z. There are no instructions that explain how to line them up on your vehicle. Nothing telling you which are right or left side. The texturing is only on 1 side of the mudflaps. There are 3 screws in the way for the front mudflaps, custom predrilled holes for the front mudflaps would show these were custom fit to my vehicle and make it evident which side and direction they should go.

Hello Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear the installation experience did not meet your expectations. Our mud flaps are vehicle-specific, but we understand that clearer markings and more detailed instructions would make the installation process much easier. Your suggestions regarding side identification and predrilled holes are appreciated and will definitely be forwarded to our team for consideration. For installation assistance, we also provide guideline videos on our YouTube channel that may help with positioning and setup: https://www.youtube.com/@vicrezcom/search?query=mudflaps We truly value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and customer support experience.

No instructions
No instructions what so ever and when I called they would not help other than sending a YouTube video of a headlight install ( no help), no mounting hardware (no screws) to attach the fog lamps to the covers. The covers are very cheap looking.

Late, Broken, and no support
The product arrived late like others posted before me. I am still waiting on the second half the shipment 45 days later. The first half of the shipment arrived with the outer box intact, but the contents broken. Contacted the rep and after 5 days I was told it was outside of their 30 day warranty. I believe a warranty begins from receipt of the article not from the time of ordering. As others have stated STAY AWAY!
Response from Vicrez.comOct 3, 2025
Hi Micheal, receiving part of your order damaged after such a long delay is understandably disappointing and we are very sorry for that. Since then, we have made changes to improve both packaging durability and our shipping timelines so customers are not left waiting weeks for their items. We have also updated our support process to ensure warranty concerns are reviewed more fairly and with a focus on the delivery date. Feedback like yours is important because it shows where changes were needed, and we would love the opportunity to prove how much has improved since your purchase and show you the level of care and reliability we are committed to today.

Poor customer service on a small order
Ordered mud flaps and it was promised to be delivered at a certain time. They had the best price I could find. The parts arrived 4 days late and were missing hardware, so I returned them. They have a difficult return process and required me to pay return shipping. I called them after they received the return and they advised the parts were recieved, but call the next day for a status update. Again called two days later and they advised it would be 5 business days to "process" the return. I feel fortunate to learn about their problems on a small order, but if ordering it should be assumed as a "sales final" situation

BRAKE HOSE BOLTS DIDNT FIT SO I HAD TO SOURCE THOSE ON MY OWN. NO INSTRUCTIONS - AFTER CALLING A LINK TO A YOUTUBE VID OF A DODGE CHARGER WAS SENT AND TOLD I COULD EMAIL SERVICE. FIGURED OUT INSTALL BUT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS LATER I HAVE A BLOWN SHOCK. BEEN TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR A WEEK AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN-AROUND. EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT, JUST NEED TO GET THE CAR BACK ON THE ROAD :(
Response from Vicrez.comOct 7, 2025
We are very sorry for the trouble you experienced with your coilover kit, Tom. Waiting longer than expected for a build, missing proper instructions, and then dealing with a blown shock so soon after installation is incredibly disappointing. Since that time, we have taken steps to improve communication about build times, provide model-specific installation resources, and ensure replacement parts are processed quickly when customers need support. We know how frustrating it is to have your car off the road, and we truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. It has helped us strengthen our process so future customers receive a smoother and more reliable experience from start to finish.
