I am a handicap disabled elderly person they told me it was month to month i can cancel whenever i like no charge and that it was Unlimited they came out they trick you the internet never worked right just a little circle spinning round and they sald i used all my unlimited data and I called them to disconnect cuz it never worked from day one and they want me to pay for I guess 2 years of service they said it was month to month I could quit whenever no penalty they lied and I called them and tell them I'm handicap and disabled they could care less and you just go round and round in circles you have to call and act like your new customer to talk to somebody their system is designed to take your money and avoid you and not deliver what you paid for I am suffering tremendously they drained my bank account I was unable to go to my doctor now my doctor cut me off my pain management doctor because I couldn't pay they said they weren't going to take money out that's another thing Wells and Fargo is in cahoots with these people and a lot of these banks are just as crooked stay away from viasat stay away from Wells Fargo

I disconnected back in July. Ask them to send us boxes to send back our equipment. Never received. Called them after they charged my acct for the equipment. The rude guy kept telling me I never sent it. I told him to look up the phone record calls Iade for them to send me a box the send back. Ask for a supervisor. He said one minute. Then kept the run around. I finally lost my cool called him a sob. He hung up. I called back got another guy. And ask for supervisor. And finally got one. He told.me it takes ups. 7 to 14 days to get us a box to send back then another few days after they receive it to get my money back. So we ask for a address we could.just send it back at our expense and they wouldn't give us a address to send to what a scam. Mean while I am out $339.00 . And they have it documented when I called back in July. I would say never ever get them.

To start off with, I never submit reviews, but I am to a point that I am so infuriated with this company, that I cannot help but make sure no one else gets falsified information. We were promised excellent internet that could run our companies VOIP system and that we would have a team respond to issues in less than 24 hours...... What we got was horrific internet that cannot stay consistent for more than 75 minutes, cannot support a VOIP system, and a response time of over 1 week...... When I asked to speak to a supervisor - he took over 48 hours to get back to me, was rude, cold, and told us this wasn't his problem and we still had to pay for the services (that were not rendered). To say I am disappointed, is an understatement - will never recommend and will only discourage this company in the future.

Sto cercando di rinnovare l'abbonamento al servizio via sat movein ma per problemi tecnici non riesco a fare il pagamento dal sito. Contattata l'assistenza telefonica non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema. L'operatrice telefonica (peraltro gentilissima) ha convenuto con me che la piattaforma digitale è fatta malissimo. Però non ha risolto il problema. Per lo stesso problema lo scorso anno il mio l'abbonamento era stato rinnovato con 6 mesi di ritardo (durante i quali ci sono state decine di telefonate e mail di sollecito per risolvere). Morale: non ho potuto godere del servizio per 6 mesi per loro incapacità, e questi non mi sono stati rimborsati in alcun modo. AL momento ho il servizio in scadenza ma non si riesce a risolvere. Uno dei peggiori servizi da me mai provati. Statene alla larga se potete.

Da 10 giorni che cerco di contattare il loro call centre per il rinnovo di MOve-IN senza alcun successo. Parimenti nessuna risposta alla email. Semplicemente vergognoso. Evitateli.

mi unisco agli altri utenti che non riescono a contattare Viasat (da giorni e giorni) per attivare il servizio Move-in. e per la cronaca, non si riesce a completare la procedura on-line. Pessimi

Sto cercando di contattarli dal 12 settembre e non hanno mai risposto...compilato il forum per essere contattati e li sto ancora aspettando. Uno schifo 🤮...

Li ho scelti come provider del servizio Move in per circolare in Lombardia ma sono oltre 15 giorni che provo a contattarli ma non risponde nessuno. Come possono gestire un'azienda in questo modo? Scegliete un loro concorrente prima di impazzire...
