ViasatReviews of viasat.com

I'll be honest with you it was a pretty good internet but they lied to me to get it to start with they they told me I was going to get 3 months free but it had something to do with the gaming I couldn't play no games or nothing like that and they still want to charge a hundred and $26 for a month for one month what I was supposed to got it free and then they terminated my service before it ever had a chance to pay the damn thing I was going to pay it but not now I wouldn't even give him one star but there it is I don't recommend this at all especially not for a gamer

Great experience with Viasat! Setup was easy, and I’ve had a solid internet experience. Really appreciate their support team too!

I'm only leaving a one star because zero or negative is not an option. I can't wait until my contract is up so I can cancel this garbage I'm paying for. Please save your money people.

Connection issues all the time my phone cannot load certain apps cuz that problem my son cannot play his Nintendo switch online because of that problem please try back again later when one's paying $124 a month you'd expect it to actually load the page you needed or do what you paying it to just seems like I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't why did I get unlimited to be told I'm having connection issues please try back again later for the money not happy experience this problem all the damn time

I was a ViaSat Customer for almost five years. Slow internet speeds and no existent customer service for the entire time. In April of this year I contacted ViaSat and told them to cancel my service in April. They sent me a box to return their equipment i and threatened my with over $500 in charges if I did not send their equipment back. I packed all their equipment into the box per the instructions and returned the box with tracking to make sure they received it. Today, four months later ViaSat hits my bank account with a $162.38 charge. When I call their customer service dept. they say the charge is for a modem that I did not return. Four months after they receive the box with everything in it including the modem. I went through four levels of supervision today on the phone and they all say the same thing, 'it will be three to five business days for the warehouse to investigate". Reading some of the reviews, I see there are other people saying the same thing, so this must be one of the standard business procedures to rip off their victims.
