Internal router is too weak. Upgrading this would mean a lot to customers. Download speeds are not as fast as other providers: capacity during peak times is insufficient, especially for rural customers.

As a longer term customer, I don’t agree with your pricing on suspending service for $35 or more per month as I travel a lot of state in the winter. I also noticed not too long ago different plans available for new customers, but not available for me. You should take care of your old customers before you offer new customers better deals.. I’m currently looking for another Internet provider due to the pricing on suspending service and just normal Internet.

Problem was not solved, range and speed poor to nonexistent, Viasat says nothing we can due.
