Hi Todd, Sorry you are having problems with the Tinymight. It looks like you purchased it in September of 2025 and used it about 6 months before contacting us. As we described in the email, the troubleshooting and potential warranty coverage is the responsibility of the manufacturer. This is not just the case on this purchase, but with all items in our store. These terms are highlighted in our terms of service that you agreed to at checkout. So we never heard back after we introduced you to Tinymight in email to help get you fixed up. We just came across this so we just sent a follow up to see if we can help! Hopefully we can get this resolved! -VGoodiEZ Team

terrible experience got a defective vape and they replaced it with a different model than what I was originally shipped. no recourse other than a 20 dollar gift card why would I ever spend more money with a company that doesnt back their products. blamed the error on their own messy wearhouse, scott the owner is rude and definitely had a chip on his shoulder. I would steer clear of this egomaniac owned small business. they blocked a customer not satisfied with service rather than find a solutution than a giftcard and an expliaination they moved wearhouses and are unorganized no other solutions . I dont even use the vapman the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would of rather juat returned them for a refund but that wasn't offered

Hi Tony, We are sorry that you didn't understand the explanation we provided so we will try again here. As we discussed, warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer. In some case we can help facilitate warranty (like in this case, with Inhale). Inhale asked us to send you a warranty replacement on their behalf. But the issue started prior to that. The ORIGINAL unit you were sent was incorrect. You ordered a Padauk unit. We actually sent you a Purple Heart unit. When you purchased your Padauk unit at just over $119, the Purple Heart you received was priced at $199. So you received the wrong unit (purple instead of red wood). We didn't even realize we made that error until you contacted us and said the replacement was wrong. We apologized, explained and offered reasonable solutions. We were met with ridiculous accusations and condescending unhelpful tone. You spammed us so hard, it got so bad we had to block your email. We don't do that unless customers are being abusive like you. We are sorry we messed up but we explained the situation and made efforts to help resolve everything. You have been made whole for your purchase and were provided the merchandise without having to return the original so now you have one of each wood type! -VGoodiEZ Team

Great products from an amazing shop that backs all their products. Customer service is the best in the business, they take care of their customers. I have been a customer for the last couple years and I have a collection of vape devices, some purchased from VGoodiEZ and I’ve purchased numerous accessories from VGoodiEZ and aside from a couple small issues that customer service immediately resolve, my experience has been perfect. I appreciate having a place to shop that has products you can’t find anywhere else, that help enhance your experience.

I recently purchased the Core 2 0 Bundle from VgoodiEZ and I couldn't be happier with my experience. It showed up as always within a week, and after using it a few times I found there was a defect in the glass causing it to clog extra fast and making it not feasible to use it the way it was. After reaching out to theirs awesome customer service, I told them about my issue and they contacted the manufacturer and within 4 days I had a brand new replacement glass top with no defects and it's been working amazingly ever since. I have to give VgoodiEZ 5 stars and a positive review for this, as I've had issues in the past with vaporizers, particularly after you used one, where other companies demanded videos or made me go through the hassle and time shipping the bad one back then waiting all that time in between to finally get the one I needed. The people at VgoodiEZ and Shenzhen Crossing have always been great to deal with and I'd highly, highly, HIGHly recommend using them for all your cannabis vaporizing needs.
