This is my second purchase from VGGoodiez, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the products and the company itself. I originally purchased my WOHW from them, and most recently picked up a Tempest 2. From the beginning, their customer service has been outstanding. They respond quickly, are extremely helpful, and actually care about their customers. When I reached out about the Tempest 2, they went above and beyond to help me out, and the whole process was incredibly easy. Both of my devices arrived beautifully packaged, exactly as expected, and in perfect condition. They also got my orders out quickly, which is always appreciated. What really stands out to me is that these guys don’t just seem interested in making a sale. They genuinely appreciate their customers and take pride in what they’re doing. After two purchases, I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with VGGoodiez. I know they’ve received a couple of negative reviews recently, so I wanted to take the time to share my experience because it has been the complete opposite.
