I purchased a Ball Vape from Vgoodies in 2024. A combo that cost $275. When it arrived I plugged in the PID to make sure it worked. It powered on. I put it aside until I could get a handle for the wand cause it came without one. The first time I plugged the wand into the PID I felt a tingle of electricity. The outlet then fried. Which freaked me out. I contacted Vgoodies. Instead of offering me a free return shipping label like most decent places will without being asked they proceeded to tell me it had to be the wiring in my apt. That "thier awesome products have helped customers find faulty wiring before". I was in the middle of Chemo and wasn't 100% able to focus. I wanted to send it back for a refund. When I got the address to return it they said to let them have the tracking number once it shipped. Thier policy is the customer pays for shipping to return even a defective item. I've never had a company not offer a free return shipping label when a product they sold me was defective. This is not only defective it's dangerous. First they wanted me to plug it into another outlet to test it. I refused. I was afraid of the thing at this point. I just wanted a refund. They like to keep select parts of conversations with unhappy customers out of their replies. They told me to test this dangerous thing that just shocked me by trying another outlet. So when they didn't offer a free return shipping label to return the dangerous, defective item they sold me I started reading reviews. Then I started reading the nasty replies from thier customer support and the owner online who has called people shills on public forums. Hostile and unprofessional. Vgoodies has a rate us section on their site. Inviting reviews. Anything under 4 stars receives a hostile accusation and the how dare you post this here on our website speech. They don't seem to like honesty when it's not in their favor. Before I could do anything I ended up in a hospital for 4 months. When I got out I had forgotten about it. I had borrowed enough to get a different vape. Over a year later I am looking for a new vape. I forget they were the ones who I had bought the dangerous POS from. It was too late by the time I realized. The new item I bought was a well known brand I knew I could trust. 350 dollars. So I had now spent 625 dollars at this company. I moved. So when I received the new brand name item I remembered the Ball Vape. I was stupid and desperate enough to try to see if it really was my outlet back then. The dangerous thing again zapped me and fried another outlet. So I email them and remind them about the issue with the defective ball vape. I told them I now have proof it's not my wiring. 2 separate address 2 fried outlets. I remind them I just spent another 350 dollars. I admitted it was a mistake because I forgot they sold me a defective mess before. I asked for a refund for the ball vape. Seeing as I was right and it was defective. They replied exactly as they had the first time. First blaming my apts outlets. Then when I sent a photo of the outlet to prove it wasn't the kind with the red button they still claimed it had to be on my end. I found an AI overview that said for a PID to fry an outlet and not trip the breaker....it had to be a defective PID or wand. Thier guy emailed back that he agreed. I was offered the same nothing. They wanted me again to pay to mail it to them. I asked for a free shipping label. They refused. Offered a reduced price label that in thier policy states will be deducted from any refund. Using the time that had passed as justification. Again saying if thier tech agrees it was defective the best I could expect was a "repaired" PID system that I could gift to a friend (yeah right let's torch my friend's house) since I was never going to use a ball vape again because of this experience. I read online before emailing them that I would get nowhere. That they have a history of defective products that they also have a history of issues replacing or accepting returns. They have a history of accusing anyone who is upset with their lousy customer service solutions of attacking them. I was accused by Scott of making threats. He considers the promise of a bad review from an unhappy customer a threat. Honesty is a threat to Scott if it threatens his wallet. I never would have risked buying anything had I read ALL the reviews. Now comes thier reply full of accusations and excuses with a touch of hostility. Don't care. This is about customers sharing thier experiences. Your predictable hostile and dishonest replies mean nothing to future customers researching you. I'm glad you do not seem to realize that. Anyone who believes you couldn't generate a bunch of 5 star reviews is a fool. It's a common practice with bad companies like yours.

Hi Pissed Customer, We are truly sorry to hear about your ongoing health challenges, and we appreciate the business you’ve done with us over the years. Because there are several misunderstandings regarding our store policies and this timeline, we’d like to clarify the factual record for anyone reading: ● Order Details: This custom B-Zero bundle was purchased in June 2024 for $199 ($238.59 total order including shipping, protection, and add-ons). ● Policy & Timeline: Our store return policy is strictly 30 days for a refund. You first reached out in September 2024 (2.5 months after delivery), which was already past the refund window. You then reached out again in August 2026—over two years after delivery. ● Out-of-Warranty Offer: Even though the unit is over two years old and far past the manufacturer warranty, we offered to split the return shipping costs with a discounted label and cover 100% of the hardware testing, repair, or replacement out of our own pocket. A cash refund on an unreturned, two-year-old order is simply not something any small business can accommodate. However, our door is still open: if you ever decide to send the unit in, our technician will gladly inspect and repair or replace it for you. We wish you the absolute best with your health and recovery. — The VGoodiEZ Team
