I ordered Santa wine glasses. The pictures were awesome but the real product sent was a total misrepresentation. Then they kept offering a percent if I didn't return them - kept increasing three different times. I want a total refund! They wouldn't give me a return address so I mailed them to the return address that I found on their initial packaging. Now waiting!

An ad for raised etching on glasses. They look different to what I got. They are cheap glasses with a sticker on them. The sticker is slightly raised, but very poor compared to what they really are.

The glasses are cheap and only have a stencil applied. One dimensional. Totally not like the pictures.

Item was smashed on delivery, half the size illustrated, and repeated emails to complain were ignored! So disappointed! Should’ve read the reviews!!!

I ordered three of The Gray Goose bottles to give as Christmas gifts. The advertisements show them being at least 2 ft tall with the words Gray Goose on them. When I received was 8 in tall! It's just a glass duck. Absolute garbage! When I asked for a return label they told me I would have to pay for shipping and they would only be reimbursing me a portion of my money. If I wanted to keep their garbage they would give me a $30 credit in the form of a gift card to use in their company or back to my account. Never again will I buy from this company. They don't stand behind their product and their products are absolute garbage!

I ordered a lion decanter and they never sent there person that I was sending it to anything. I have been trying to get ion contact with them but they will not respond. I paid $47.00 for it and never heard anything from them. The need a law suit against them and need to pay back people their money and more.

I ordered a decanter that was large and extremely attractive in the advertisement. The photos representing the product were amazing. The item arrived this week and it's pathetic! I ordered the decanter as a surprise present for my husband. It's not anything like it was shown in the ads. I paid for it with American Express. The company already has my money. The item isn't worth the amount of money that I paid. 0
