Item advertised and item received were two different things. What I ordered was a lion decanter in a plush box. What I received was a tiny replica. No bigger than my hand.

No 1 , be more onost with your advertising No 2, sack the people that do your advertising, No 3 the photos thay use are nothing like what is sold and are totally misleading, No 4 i will not be buying anything more from your company as if you were in Australia the consumer law would have a field day with you as your company consumer statement is so byust against the consumer it is not funny.

Ordered the Christmas wine glass 6 piece set and it was a total ripoff. The actual wine glasses you receive are much smaller than what is advertised and the 3D items on the glasses are nothing like what they are advertising. I did get a refund but it took a bit of correspondence with them to get it done. Do not buy these glasses!!!

Ordered Christmas wine glasses that allegedly had beautiful 3d decoration. What I got was smaller glasses with stick on decals. Some of the decals were actually not even fully adhered to the glasses. Totally false advertising! Have contacted the company but don’t expect to see any resolution.

Nothing was as advertised!! The Royal Pour Glass decanter turned out to be a Cheap piece of 2" crap!! Nothing was as it looked like in the picture or advertisement! AND, I'm having a problem contacting them for my money back!! BUYER BE WARE!! DO NOT Purchase from this site!!! Fraudulent advertising!

The Royal Lion as delivered was a remote facsimile to what was advertised. The advertised Lion look enormous holding maybe a fifth of liquor. It had a beautiful crown and detailed cloth attachments. It also appears to come in a lovely presentation box. Reality was very different, the lion holds only 350ml of liquid, the crown is a purple plastic plug (no gold crown), the ornaments are cheap decals and a single thin blanket which does not stay on. The presentation box was a simple brown cardboard shipping box. While it is not as egregious as many scams it comes close, truly misrepresenting the product with their slick advertisement. It is a glass lion so that is true. The ad I responded to did not have the details that the company website had, but even so I would not have expected such a poor copy.

Vexroan advertise Christmas 3D glasses not STICKERS. But when you receive your order you get little glasses with cheap stickers on them. After you complain they send an offer of $20. You have spent over $140. I continue to wait for further replies. All I want is what I paid for. This company should be Banned and Blacklisted for False Advertising and holding Purchasers to Ransom by offering $20.
