VexroanReviews of vexroan.com

It took way too long for any information on the order. Thought it was another scam, wrote company and got things straightened out. The products I ordered were very nice and bigger than I thought they would be. It would be nice if they informed me that it was coming from China before placing the order. But otherwise the company was straight forward on the orders.

Updating my comments...After a scorching review I received my glasses. Of course they don't work as depicted in ad. They gave me a refund-sans shipping fee:( They also told me to keep the glasses, so that speaks to the 'quality' of their products.

The product advertised is Greatly misleading. The Bird Bath is nothing more than a toy at $47.00. Looks like glass in the pictures, and larger than it really is . Complete misrepresentation. You really have to look for the dimensions, came with No instructions, tilts to one side because of being unstable while hanging and to return it, it would take longer than a month to hear anything from this company. I assume the return would have to be paid all the way to China. My opinion, "Stay away from this Company." A total loss..........

Unfortunately, this company does not communicate well. I received my order within 2 and 1/2 weeks. It was pretty beat up. The quality was very poor and didn't match the pictures. The fountain I received came without directions, and upon pulling up the website picture, I realized the dimensions didn't match. When I tried to set it up, the plastic tubes making up the fountain spout did not fit together at all. I ordered 3 items and quality was lacking in all 3. I'm so disappointed. To send items back, I'm required to pay shipping. I cannot throw any more money at this failure. I will eat this purchase and write it off as a lesson learned.

I ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses (I thought it was 3) Only one of them had blue light protection at an additional price. The ones I got with the blue light protection are way too strong and the other glasses don't seem to have any adjustment for reading or distance. They are scratchy feeling and the lenses are almost touching my eye lashes. I could have gotten six pairs comfortable, blue light blocking, reading glasses at Costco for approx $10 less than I paid for these. Plus, I wouldn't have had to wait 3-4 weeks to get them.

Considering buying something from them but wanted a review from Trust Pilot first
