the item ordered was not even close to what i ordered. the the picture of the Decanter set is orange not clear the crown is not even close to the picture the box was opened and badly damaged, It took more than 5 to 8 days. This a very bad way to treat customers. i have requested a full refund as per the order full refund will be given in 30days i am cancelling the decanter set same day i received it. advice do not ever order from this company

You should be able to give no star ratings. I ordered the 3D Halloween mat as a gift. My order arrived yesterday and it was a small piece of foam like material that was baby blue in color. I usually check reviews before ordering so I'm kicking myself now. I'm positive this site is a scam - charging big for dollar store items!!! I will email them but doubt if I'll get a refund.

I ordered what was advertised as Christmas wine glasses. When they arrived they were little more than shot glasses. Very deceptive advertising. Dealing with the return was time consuming and costly.

I ORDERED ornaments. On the website it shows beautiful 3-D images of the ornaments. What I got was a plastic globe with 2-D "pictures"-- that's right a flat picture NOT a figurine...Very, very cheap quality. When I requested a refund they offered a $10-$15 Gift Card. They took their time responding back and when they did I got a "nasty" reply that said 7-days to send back including weekends, or the return will be cancelled. So I checked my CC statements & could not find the charge--THEY NEVER CHARGED MY CARD. So it's a wash--this company is a complete FRAUD. I am taking this cheap trash to the salvation army - maybe they will throw away. But for now, I got the last laugh on this one--HaHa

Never purchase from this online company. I purchased 2 Grey Goose 30th Anniversary in there Best-sellers, unfortunately I received miniature gooses and without the blue hat. Nothing like the picture they are promoting. After 3 emails they wanted me to return them for a refund. As I live in AUS I refused to pay for the return to USA and have chosen its cheaper to throw it. Please do not buy this product and I would never trust them again. If I could attach the photos I would.

I ordered the Crown Royal Lion decanter bottle.What I received looked nothing like what I ordered and it didn't come with the box.It is a cheaper version.Don't buy this.I paid $46.87 for this crap.
